“People are very friendly. There is NO hot tub here. Coffee is always on with a variety of creamers to choose from. First day at 7:30am our food was cold . Second day everything was great! Pet Place- Take your FURR babies here! Clean hotel! Limited weekend parking”

“If I could rate this place higher I would. I can't say enough about how incredible the service was at this hotel. I was going through an incredibly stressful time with my 9 month old going for a big surgery and all the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. We had to stay here for 7 days and the manager Cornell gave us the best customer service I received anywhere. I hope the company reads this review and offers this man a huge raise or promotion because let me tell you, his customer service and hospitality is irreplaceable. Thank you all so much for making my son and I feel so welcome and keeping our rooms so clean. If we ever come back to Texas we know where to stay.”

“I needed a room at the last minute so we decided to stay here. Originally I booked a room for the wrong location online and their customer service team was very helpful when I needed to cancel, even offering to book my room at the correct location. The check in process was very quick and easy. They provide breakfast in the morning and different varieties of coffee. There’s also water available in the lobby which I thought was very nice of them to offer. They also have a little snack area in case you need it. Our room was great and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Thank you to the staff at this hotel for making this stay so nice!”

“We really had an amazing stay here. Even with a super late check in due to a huge flight delay the staff member Venkat was very eager to help and make our check in process easy. He was quick to provide us with the crib we requested for our 4 month old and even provided an upgraded room. Room was very comfortable and clean too. Nice ample parking and the hotel is right off the highway exit.”

“WOW! From the moment we entered the doors (even the concrete porch had been bleached and was spotless and smelled clean) we loved the colony! The man at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. In a matter of minutes we were checked in. Grabbed some great courtesy water that had lemons in it, and headed for our room. The building is still new...carpet, elevator everything smells new. The room was WONDERFUL! The bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect. The bathroom and shower was relaxing. Off highway far enough...no noise. The Texas Roadhouse is 50 ft from front of building and Bubbas 33 across the parking lot. WalMart, Sonic and Whataburger just down the street. Buffet breakfast was great! The staff are all so nice. And the Staff and room service are all in nice uniforms. BEST stay we have ever had in Dallas area! Lord's will, we will stay here each time we return.”
